Early Careers Pipeline Programs Lead

RSM in the UK is seeking an Early Careers Senior Specialist to lead our pipeline programmes, delivering work experience, internships and placements as part of the Early Careers strategy.

You will manage a small team and work with a wide range of internal stakeholders to design and run engaging programmes. The role is based in one of several UK offices (including Manchester) with occasional travel to other offices and events.
