Position: Classroom Teacher (ECT) Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and innovative lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of our pupils.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the school values of love, peace, honesty, respect, friendship and endurance.
• Create a supportive and stimulating learning environment, utilising a range of teaching methods and resources.
• Establish effective classroom management strategies to maintain discipline and promote a conducive learning atmosphere.
• Regularly assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to promote academic growth and personal development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each pupil.
• Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date with the latest educational practices.

Requirements:

• A recognised teaching qualification and relevant experience.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to becoming an outstanding classroom practitioner.
• Knowledge of effective teaching methodologies and ability to adapt to diverse learning needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills. Dedication to upholding the school values.
