Missions

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the VP Marketing, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing-related documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Act as a liaison between the VP Marketing and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up on key actions.
• Organize and support marketing team meetings, events, and workshops.
• Manage expense reports and assist with budget tracking for marketing projects.
• Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.

Profil du candidat

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally supporting senior leadership.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with marketing tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
