Job Description

BFT Blackburn is seeking an energetic coach to lead morning and/or evening group strength and conditioning sessions. You will light up the room, build genuine relationships with members, and maintain high coaching standards.

Role includes member engagement around classes, supporting retention and community culture, and potential involvement in events and social media content. Cert III & IV in Fitness and First Aid/CPR required.
