Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Rolling ongoing contract
Location: 100% Remote (occasional expensed travel to client offices during key project stages)
Eligibility: EU-based candidates only
Language: English (minimum C1 level)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to support and enhance the Dynamics 365 Sales application within a large-scale enterprise environment.
This role involves end-to-end development, configuration, and customisation of the Dynamics 365 platform, aligning product capabilities with evolving business requirements.

The consultant will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Dynamics CRM and collaborate closely with development teams managing the internal ERP/CRM system used across 9 countries (CEE region) and 8000+ users. Dynamics 365 functions here as a robust Sales module add-on to the existing internal system.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead design, configuration, and customisation efforts within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales).

  • Partner with business users to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.

  • Act as the lead for CRM-related initiatives and integration.

  • Develop and troubleshoot custom plug-ins, components, and workflows within Dataverse.

  • Collaborate with internal ERP/CRM developers to ensure seamless integration.

  • Manage CI/CD pipelines, releases, and deployments using Azure DevOps.

  • Implement and maintain integrations using Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure Functions, and REST APIs.

  • Develop and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven).

  • Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security best practices.

  • Provide expert-level support, documentation, and technical mentoring.


Key Skills & Experience

Essential

  • 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and troubleshooting CRM applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales module).

  • 5+ years of object-oriented development in .NET/C# (experience with Java, C++, or Python beneficial).

  • Certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer.

  • Strong understanding of core CRM modules and integration architecture.

  • Experience with Dataverse, Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud, SQL Server, Power Platform, SharePoint, JavaScript, and SSIS.

  • Experience developing custom web resources/components (Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript).

  • Knowledge of SOLID and ONION architectural principles.

  • Strong database understanding (schema design, relationships, indexing).

  • Demonstrated capability to multi-task, manage deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Fluent in English (C1).


Preferred

  • Experience working in multi-country or enterprise-scale Dynamics implementations.

  • Exposure to Power BI or DataVerse analytics.

  • Familiarity with Sales and Marketing processes and automation in CRM.

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
