Dynamics 365 Lead Developer

Overview

Endeavour Recruitment has an EXCELLENT opportunity for a Dynamics 365 Lead Developer to join our client based in Essex. This is an initial 6 month contract with a daily rate in the region of £550. Candidates must be Security Cleared. The successful candidate will be leading the development of Dynamics 365 solution to replace existing back office systems. This is a leadership role, mentoring and coaching team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Dynamics 365 solutions to replace existing back-office systems.
• Mentor and coach team members; provide leadership to the development team.
• Prepare release content and documentation.
• Perform peer reviews of code and documentation to ensure procedures are followed consistently.
• Identify and document tasks from User Stories provided by Business Analysts.
• Utilize Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery experience (TFS, Visual Studio, Release Management).

Essential Skills

• Strong background in Dynamics 365 development
• Experience of leadership of development teams
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Be able to identify and document tasks from User Stories provided by Business Analysts
• Responsible for preparation of all release content and documentation
• Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery experience (TFS, Visual Studio, Release Management)
• Be able to perform peer reviews of code and documentation in order to ensure that procedures are followed consistently

• Dynamics AX experience
• X , .NET, MS SQL, Visual Studio
• Agile practices
