Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Consultant with over seven years of hands-on experience in designing and developing CRM solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of CRM architecture, customisation, and integration with various systems. The ideal candidate will be proficient in client-side customisation, CRM data modelling, and security models.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop CRM solutions using CRM Version 8.2 or similar versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Integrate CRM with other architectural components such as Active Directory, SharePoint, Exchange, SSRS, and internal Back End systems via API.
• Manage and understand the code release cycle within a CRM environment using multiple CRM solutions.
• Customise client-side applications using supported CRM client-side API, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Utilise FetchXML and understand CRM Plugin architecture.
• Model CRM data and implement security models effectively.
• Design and implement C# Web API code and interact with it from CRM.
• Interact with CRM via the SDK and address any potential performance issues.
• Adopt CRM best practices and conduct unit and integration testing.
• Work with .NET and SQL Server to create, design, and edit databases, tables, stored procedures, functions, and T-SQL queries.
• Develop financial or regulatory data collection systems using .NET, CRM, and SQL Server.
• Collaborate with Agile delivery teams.

Essential Skills

• Over seven years of experience with CRM Version 8.2 or similar versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Comprehensive understanding of high-level CRM architecture and integration.
• Proficiency in CRM client-side API, JavaScript, TypeScript, FetchXML, and CRM Plugin architecture.
• Experience with CRM data modelling and security models.
• Ability to design and implement C# Web API and interact with CRM via SDK.
• Knowledge of .NET and SQL Server, including database design and query writing.
• Experience with financial or regulatory data collection systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Azure, Microsoft Office 365, Dynamics CRM, O365, financial services, and service management.
