Dynamic Swim Instructor & Lifeguard - Growth & Benefits

Freedom Leisure in Compton is looking for a dedicated Swim Teacher to deliver swimming lessons for all ages and abilities. You will ensure that customers feel supported and help them achieve their swimming goals.

This role includes opportunities to lifeguard during pool sessions and manage administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for the leisure industry, and relevant qualifications, including an NPLQ or Level 2 swimming teaching qualification.
