About theRole

As a ShiftManager, you'll take the lead in running smooth, successful shifts whilesupporting and developing your team. You'll be responsible for maintaining highstandards across service, food quality, and cleanliness, ensuring every customerhas a great experience.

You'llmotivate the team, step in where needed, and keep everything on track duringbusy periods. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead by example, build teamconfidence, and play a key part in delivering strong operational performance.

This role isbased in one of our restaurants where customers can dine in, as well as ordertakeaway and delivery. As a Shift Manager, you'll lead from the front duringbusy shifts, supporting your team, driving standards, and making sure everycustomer leaves with a great experience.

WhatYou'll Be Doing

• Leading shifts and supporting yourteam on the floor
• Delivering fast, friendly, andconsistent customer experiences
• Coaching and developing Crew Members
• Ensuring food quality, cleanliness,and safety standards are met
• Supporting stock control and dailyoperations
