Job Description
Parkdean Resorts is seeking an Activity & Leisure Manager to lead the swimming pool, leisure facilities and activities programme across the park. You will drive a safe, engaging guest experience with a hands-on leadership style.
You will manage day-to-day operations, coach lifeguards, ensure compliance with safety standards, and continually enhance participation and guest satisfaction at our parks across the UK.
