Dynamic Litigation Paralegal: Financial Mis-selling

We are looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join our Financial Mis selling Team in Bolton. Duties

• Manage a litigated case load of 100-250 files.
• Handle cases from start to finish, ensuring thorough management throughout.
• Experience in Pre-Litigation.
• Collaborate with team members and superiors.
• Be part of a successful team.
• Receive ongoing support and training as needed.

Experience

• LLB and LPC completion is desirable.
• Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience managing a caseload.
• Experience in financial mis-selling cases is advantageous.

Key Skills

• Strong time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and other Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• IT proficiency for legal research and case management.
• Fluency in English.

This position is full-time and permanent, with working hours from 09:00 to 17:30.
