Dynamic Fitness Center Manager: Lead & Inspire

Horizon Leisure Centres in Guildford is seeking an experienced Fitness Manager to lead day-to-day operations and ensure a first-class customer experience for visitors. You will oversee safety, cleanliness, training and performance management, reporting to the General Manager.

You will induct and develop staff, deliver group exercise classes, and manage opening/closing procedures while acting as duty manager when required. Travel to other sites may be necessary.
