Dynamic Aggregate Plant Supervisor

CBM Aggregates, part of St. Marys CBM and VCNA, is seeking a Plant Supervisor based in Sunderland. This permanent full-time role leads plant operations, oversees raw materials usage, equipment and staff, and ensures production meets safety and performance targets.

You'll develop plans, review production costs, and work with SAP to optimize efficiency. The position requires 3 years supervisory experience and a strong mechanical background in hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical systems.
