The Duty Supervisor will support the Food and Beverage Manager in the operation of front of house guest services, ensuring they run legally, responsibly & in a financially viable manner that meets and exceeds guest expectations.
You'll be given the opportunity to participate on various projects and/or specialise in a particular area, giving you the opportunity to apply innovative thinking to come up with creative solutions to issues and problems our services face.
You will have :
- Excellent written, verbal communication and numeracy skills
- Good understanding of Campus Catering and Bar outlets in a University or equivalent setting
- Basic understanding profit and loss accounts
