Duty Manager: Operations Lead & People Champion

Euro Car Parts Limited seeks an experienced Duty Manager to join the branch leadership team and drive day-to-day operations across retail, warehouse and fleet. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead a multi-skilled team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and operational excellence.

You will coach and develop colleagues, manage stock and KPI performance, and ensure safe, compliant and efficient branch operations across all functions.
