Job Description
Frome Premier Inn is looking for a Duty Manager to help lead the hotel during every shift. You'll work across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay and your team has everything they need.
This isn't a desk job-you'll be on the floor, solving problems, briefing the team, and supporting guests with questions. No hotel experience is required; leadership in retail, pubs or customer service can fit, with full training and a clear path to Hotel Manager.
