Duty Manager: Lead Busy Shifts & Exceptional Service

SSP is recruiting a Duty Manager to lead operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This full-time role ( 30hrs) involves opening, closing, and managing daily tasks while keeping service momentum high across shifts.

You will guide a team to deliver excellent customer service, handle guest queries, and drive improvements. Prior supervisory experience in hospitality or retail is highly valued, with a focus on energy and teamwork.
