Duty Manager: Lead a Large-Format Store & Donor Experience

Oxfam is seeking a Duty Manager for one of our large-format Superstores in Oxford. You will lead a team of paid and volunteer colleagues to deliver excellent customer and donor experiences while driving income across multiple product areas.

The role requires experience in multi-site operations, strong leadership, and a focus on standards and safeguarding. Weekend work is a requirement, with a commitment to Oxfam's values and diversity.
