Sidcup Family Golf is a dynamic and growing business, featuring two exciting 18-hole Adventure Golf courses, a 46-bay Driving Range with Toptracer technology, and a welcoming Caf offering delicious food and drinks. We are open seven days a week, rain or shine, providing a fun and engaging environment for all ages.

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and sales-driven Duty Manager to focus on coaching the team through day to day operations and also driving events, group bookings, and business outreach. If you are passionate about sales, marketing, and team leadership, we want to hear from you!

Role Overview:

As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring all team members follow the 'Customer Promise' to provide a consistently high-quality experience for every guest. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving revenue through event sales, local business outreach, and community engagement. You will create and implement a sales strategy, work closely with the team to achieve daily sales goals, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across our Adventure Golf, Driving Range, and F&B operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and motivating a fun, high-performing team
• Driving sales through events, group visits, and local business partnerships
• Creating and delivering sales strategies to hit and exceed targets
• Overseeing smooth day-to-day operations across golf, driving range, and F&B
• Managing parties, group bookings, and special events to perfection
• Ensuring top standards in customer service, safety, and compliance
