We're scouting for a Duty Manager who calls the plays, supports the squad and makes sure every customer experience is a win.

Key Plays:

• Support the shift by making sure every area of the field is running smoothly
• Train and motivate the team and help build a winning team culture
• Assist with stock, reporting, compliance, and operational tasks that keep the venue in top shape

What you'll bring:

• Hospitality experience (bonus points if it's in pubs, bars, or busy restaurants)
• RSA, RSG, and TAB Basics
• A passion for creating epic customer experiences and building a buzzing venue
• Mandarin or Cantonese language skills advantageous
