Duty Manager: Customer-Focused Store Leader

The Range is seeking an experienced Duty Manager for our busy Loughborough store. You will support the day-to-day operations alongside the Store Manager, delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high store standards.

You will lead colleagues on the shop floor, provide coaching, and ensure all procedures-customer service, merchandising, health & safety, and compliance-are delivered consistently and efficiently to drive performance.
