Duty Manager & Guest Experience Lead

Moxy London Heathrow is seeking a Crew Leader (Duty Manager) on a full-time basis. You will manage daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest service, including front desk, barista, greeter and bartender roles as needed.

This role requires at least 3 years in service, proven team leadership, knowledge of Opera and Micros, and strong English communication. Expect shift flexibility across 7 days, with duties covering F&B, guest relations and adherence to safety policies.
