Duty Manager

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor with a leisure/fitness background to join a leading leisure operator at their centre in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a Duty Manager role within a busy and well-established facility.

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory or management role within leisure or fitness
• NPLQ qualification required
• Passionate about the leisure and fitness industry
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proactive, hands on approach with the ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Oversee the day to day operations of the leisure centre, ensuring high standards are maintained
• People deployment and team management, ensuring all areas are effectively covered
• Act as the senior person on shift, handling any issues or customer queries
• Support the General Manager in the running and overall performance of the centre
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed at all times
