Duty Manager

Duty Manager - Belfast International Airport, Lagan Bar

Pay: £14.31 per hour with £1.50 extra for midnight to 6 am shifts, totaling £14.81 per hour. Hours of operation are 3 am to 10 pm; work flexibly across weekdays, bank and public holidays.

• Take ownership of opening, closing and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping energy high and atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service and be the go to person for customer and team queries.
• Results focused, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading a team in a busy hospitality or retail role preferred.
