A.F. Blakemore & Son Ltd. is seeking a Duty Manager for our Burntwood SPAR store to help drive success and growth in a pivotal role. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead a team during shifts to ensure exceptional customer service and smooth store operations.

You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, safeguarding store standards, and maintaining KPI performance while promoting community engagement and a positive, proactive work environment.
