Duty Manager - Luxury Hotel Operations & Guest Experience

The Johnstown Estate in Dundrum, Ireland, is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead daily hotel operations across Food & Beverage, Conference & Banqueting and Front of House. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive service excellence, staff leadership and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, 4/5-star environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong management and people skills, with a proactive attitude, excellent communication and the ability to work flexible hours.
