Duty Manager - Lead Shifts & Elevate Guest Experience

Premier Inn Redditch is seeking a Duty Manager to help run the hotel across reception, housekeeping and restaurant during shifts. You'll lead teams, brief staff before each shift and ensure smooth operations while delivering great guest experiences.

You'll collaborate with the Hotel Manager and senior leaders, coaching colleagues and solving problems on the floor so the team remains calm and effective during busy periods.
