Duty Manager - Lead Guest Experience & Service

Côte Brasserie is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the floor during busy breakfast, lunch and dinner services, ensuring the brasserie runs smoothly and guests feel genuinely welcomed.

You will act as the senior decision-maker on shift, handling operational issues quickly and calmly, while coaching the front-of-house team and overseeing guest flow and seating to ensure efficient service.
