Duty Manager - Lead Frontline Hotel Team

Premier Inn in York is recruiting for a Duty Manager role. The position covers shifts that include evenings, weekends and busy guest periods. You will lead the hotel floor, coordinating reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams to ensure an excellent guest stay.

You'll mentor staff, handle guest queries, and work closely with the Hotel Manager to keep operations running smoothly. This is a permanent role with guaranteed hours and opportunities to progress.
