Duty Manager - Lead Bold Guest Experiences

Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford is seeking a Duty Manager to supervise day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring memorable guest stays and driving a high-performing team across departments. You'll support the senior operations team and act as an ambassador for the hotel and Leonardo Hotels.

You'll lead recruitment, coach new starters, resolve guest issues with calm professionalism, and partner with HR on staff engagement and activities. This busy, hands-on role includes early/late shifts and weekends.
