Job Description
Job Summary

Duty Manager at Chard Fitness & Wellbeing Centre. Responsible for managing the centre, ensuring high quality service, staff management, budget oversight, and a safe, welcoming environment.

Hours

37 hours per week, Monday - Sunday (rota basis)

Responsibilities
  • Actively manage, develop, and motivate a team of operational staff.
  • Oversee day to day duty management and running of the centre to the highest standard.
  • Contribute to and understand the business and budgetary performance of the centre.
  • Be a proactive member of the leisure centre team.
  • Problem solving, customer service, and staff management.
  • Work flexibly with autonomy and decision making confidence.
  • Respond to variable demands and think on your feet.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience of problem solving, customer service and staff management.
  • Experience working in a Duty Management or similar role.
  • Passion for the industry demonstrated through continuous professional development.

Salary & Closing Date

Salary: Up to £26,043 per annum.
