Duty Manager - Frontline Hotel Leader

Premier Inn in Telford Central is hiring a Duty Manager to lead the hotel team during your shift. You'll work across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay and your team has what it needs.

This is a hands-on role with evenings and weekends included. You'll coach colleagues, resolve guest questions and help keep the hotel running smoothly, with a clear path to future progression to Hotel Manager.
