Duty Manager - Flexible Hours, Next-Level Retail Leadership

A.F. Blakemore & Son Ltd's Teignmouth SPAR store is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a team, maintain high standards and drive store performance. You will support the Store Manager, ensure safe operations, and help deliver KPI targets in a busy retail environment.

The role requires prior supervisory experience, a proactive approach, and the ability to motivate colleagues across shifts. Permanent, with minimum 20 hours per week and additional hours as needed.
