Duty Manager - Fitness Club Leader (Sales, Safety, Tours)

Nuffield Health is recruiting a Duty Manager to oversee the daily operation of the Cheam Fitness and Wellbeing Club, driving member satisfaction and delivering service excellence. The role requires strong sales experience, excellent communication and leadership to guide a team, maintain health standards and support clinical leisure initiatives.

You'll participate in opening/closing the club, engage with members, supervise lifeguard duties, and contribute to achieving sales targets while
