Duty Manager - Fitness Club Leader, Member Experience

Nuffield Health Newbury Fitness and Wellbeing Club is seeking a Duty Manager for a part-time role (24 hours per week). The role focuses on ensuring smooth club operations, member satisfaction, and accountability for opening and closing on shift.

You will lead by example, guide staff, conduct tours for prospective members, oversee health and safety, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Willingness to train at site to cover Lifeguard breaks is required.
