Duty Manager - Fitness & Wellbeing Club (Part-Time)

Nuffield Health Harrogate Fitness & Wellbeing Club is seeking a Duty Manager on a fixed-term, part-time basis to oversee daily operations and member experiences. You will drive member satisfaction, coach staff, and manage safety protocols while supporting sales goals.

We require proven sales ability, strong communication, and a collaborative approach. The role includes lifeguard duties and training, with pro-rata salary up to £28,038.40 plus sales commission, based on 32 hours per week.
