We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivatedDuty Bar Managerto join our team atThe Bell at Frampton-on-Severn.Full-Time Thursday to Sunday Availability Required

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with bar or hospitality experience who is looking to build a long-term career in the industry. Whether you're already supervising shifts or are a confident bartender or Front of House team member ready for your first management role, we'll provide the support, training and experience to help you develop. Please note:

• Applicants must be available to workThursday through Sunday, including evenings and weekends.
• Applicants must be18 years or overdue to bar duties.
• Due to our rural location, having your own transport is recommended.

As Duty Bar Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the pub.
• Leading shifts in the General Manager's absence
• Ensuring smooth, efficient bar service.
• Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Supervising, coaching and developing the Front of House and bar team.
• Cashing up and completing end-of-day procedures.
• Opening and locking up the premises when required.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and stock control.
• Ensuring licensing, health & safety and food hygiene standards are met.
• Supporting the wider team to ensure every guest has a fantastic experience.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a busy bar or hospitality environment.
• A positive attitude with the confidence to lead by example.
• Someone who enjoys developing others and working as part of a team.
• A willingness to learn, take on responsibility and grow into a management position.
