Your responsibility will be to review and manage content, ensuring that our community guidelines are upheld. Evaluate content submitted by internal systems or users to ensure compliance with community guidelines. Classify and/or remove highly sensitive content uploaded by users according to defined parameters. Apply policies correctly, ensuring quality, intellectual property, privacy, and online safety. Escalate issues requiring special attention to your immediate supervisor in accordance with established procedures. Participate in ongoing training programs for optimal role development. bachelor's degree preferred. Prior experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or customer service. C2 level of Dutch, B2 level of Entlish. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Ability to complete continuous training programs. Accommodation and expenses paid by the company: you will have an individual room in a shared apartment provided by the company with bills included (water, electricity, Internet and cleaning services). Free language lessons, surf lessons, etc. 1040 euros gross per month (12 payments per year) with accommodation and expenses provided by the company or 1298 euros gross per month (12 payments per year) without accommodation.
