We're looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant with attitude, ambition, and pure sales DNA to join one of our fast-growing clients. Whether you come from telesales, door-to-door, retail, or just have that killer instinct, this is your launchpad into a high-impact commercial career.


What You'll Do


  • Hunt, pitch, close. You'll source and place top candidates into roles across your market, and win new business while building lasting client relationships.
  • Break into the Flemish market. You'll be in charge of growing a recruitment desk focused on Flanders: sourcing candidates, winning clients, and building your own portfolio
  • Own your desk like an entrepreneur. You'll manage your pipeline end-to-end: prospecting, negotiating, closing.
  • Grow fast. You'll get hands-on coaching, sales training, and real ownership from day one.
  • Perform and earn. The better you sell, the more you earn, it's that simple.

  • Native-level Dutch + fluent English and French
