Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading contractor specializing in ductwork and HVAC installations, for an experienced Ductwork Project Manager. Based in London, this role will oversee projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery across commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Manage all stages of ductwork projects, from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and specifications are met.
• Client and Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and on-site teams, maintaining clear communication and positive relationships.
• Resource Management: Coordinate with procurement to ensure materials and resources are available, managing workforce allocation for each project.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards, conducting site inspections to monitor safety and quality.
• Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, manage costs, and prepare regular progress and financial reports.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical advice on ductwork installation, modifications, and troubleshooting to support project success.
• Team Coordination: Supervise and direct project teams, including subcontractors, on-site personnel, and suppliers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the ductwork, HVAC, or building services sectors.
• Strong understanding of ductwork systems and installation processes.
• Excellent project management skills with experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with industry software (AutoCAD or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance within construction or building services.
