Dual-Site Parts Leader - Drive P&L & Team Growth

Hawk Hiring is seeking a Parts Manager to lead two established departments across Gatwick and Redhill. You will drive P&L, motivate a team of sales executives, apprentices and drivers, and ensure high availability and brand compliance.

This dual-site role requires a strong parts background, commercial acumen, and the ability to travel between sites. You will manage stock, budgets, and trade accounts while developing talent and delivering excellent customer service.
