An experienced Registered Manager is sought to lead two Ofsted regulated children's homes in Warrington, located approximately three miles apart. This is an opportunity to be involved from the outset of registration, with one home ready immediately and the second scheduled to open later this year.

Salary and Benefits

• Earning potential up to £75,000
• Base salary £55,000 rising to £60,000 upon opening of the second home
• Ofsted bonus: £3,000 per home (Outstanding) or £1,500 per home (Good)
• Placement retention bonus up to £9,000
• £1,000 joining bonus payable after three months
• £1,000 registration bonus payable following successful Ofsted registration

Working Pattern

Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

The Homes

WA2 - Solo provision (one child), registration ready with immediate start required for manager attachment to application.

WA1 - Two bed home, planning approved with registration anticipated in July as part of a dual registration arrangement.

Candidate Requirements

• Recent Ofsted registration experience within children's residential care (within the last two years)
• Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management (or working towards)
• Strong safeguarding, regulatory and inspection knowledge
• Confidence leading registrations and inspections
• Commitment to therapeutic, trauma informed care approaches
