We're recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead two Ofsted-regulated children's homes in Warrington (WA1 & WA2), located around 3 miles apart. This is a rare chance to be involved from the very start of registration, with one home ready immediately and the second coming online later this year.

Earning Potential: Up to £75,000
Base Salary: £55,000 (increasing to £60,000 once the second home opens)
Outstanding Ofsted Bonus: £3,000 x 2 homes
Good Ofsted Bonus: £1,500 x 2 homes
Placement Retention Bonus: up to £9,000

The Homes
Home 1 (WA2): Solo provision (1 child), registration ready, immediate start (manager required to attach to application)
Home 2 (WA1): 2-bed home, planning approved, registration-ready July, part of a dual registration setup

Who we're looking for
Previously held Ofsted registration within the last 2 years (children's homes)
Level 5 qualified (or working towards)
Strong safeguarding and regulatory knowledge
Confident leading registration and inspections
Values therapeutic, trauma-informed care
