Job Description
DT Teacher - South Tyneside
Are you a qualified and dedicated DT Teacher looking for a new opportunity? We are working closely with a school in the South Tyneside area that are seeking a DT teacher to join their team as soon as possible on an ongoing basis.
The Role:
Teaching DT to KS3 and KS4 students
Planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
Assessing and tracking student progress
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the DT curriculum
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS or relevant qualification
Experience teaching DT at secondary level
Strong classroom management skills
Ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities
Please note, this is a main pay scale role and the pay range of £162.31 - £223.62 is linked to your current teacher pay scale.
