Driving Range Supervisor - Dartford

We're looking for a Driving Range Team Leader to take our operation to the next level. This isn't just about keeping things ticking over - it's about owning the customer experience, raising the bar, and making sure everything is spot on, every time.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and inspiring the Range team to deliver exceptional service and spotless facilities.
• Rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in.
• Running the Driving Range like a pro when the Range Hospitality Manager isn't around.
• Making sure everything from food & beverage to equipment is top quality and ready to impress.
• Handling customer queries with confidence, turning challenges into positive experiences.
• Motivating, and supporting colleagues so the whole team shines.
• Maintaining impeccable health & safety standards and making sure company policies are followed to ensure we shine during audits!

What we're looking for:

• A natural people leader who knows how to motivate, guide and bring out the best in others.
• Someone who doesn't just talk high standards but will deliver them.
• Hands-on, energetic, and unafraid to get involved in the action.
• Reliable and ready to take responsibility.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends in a covered outdoor setting (weekday shifts are 1.40pm - 10.10pm Monday - Friday and weekends shifts are 11.45am - 8.15pm). You will be require to work 5 shifts with a total of 40 hours per week.
• Experience leading a team in hospitality, leisure or customer service is a big plus.
