What You'll Bring

• A solid track record managing operational teams (bonus points for transport or logistics experience).
• Strong leadership with a passion for people and performance.
• Skilled in managing budgets, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service.
• Experienced in working with Trade Unions and handling sensitive operational issues.
• Eligible (or already qualified) as a Transport Manager (O-Licence) holder.
