Refer-a-Friend Bonus

Earn £250 for every Milton Keynes PHV-licensed driver you refer who joins us and works a minimum of 60 hours during their first month. Terms and conditions apply.

• Drive passengers safely and reliably across Milton Keynes
• Accept ride requests via our driver app and manage trips efficiently
• Offer friendly, professional service and assist passengers where needed
• Contribute to a service that improves everyday mobility - including for wheelchair passengers

• Minimum age of 21 years
• Milton Keynes PHV licence
• Full UK driving license held for at least 12 months
• Strong driving skills and a calm driving style
• Friendly, courteous and professional demeanour
• Good English skills (B2 level or higher)
• Openness to working flexible schedules, including evenings or weekends
• Previous experience in passenger transport is an advantage, but not necessary

• Take-home pay rate up to £20 per hour
• Fixed rates plus frequent opportunities to earn bonus payments
• Independent contractor relationship with flexible working hours
• Service hours: Monday to Saturday, 6.00am to 8.00pm
• Modern vehicles provided by us - no need for your own car
• A supportive team on site to help you at any point
