• Ensure that you deliver a great service, professional attention to detail and personal recognition.
• Drive our guests safely and swiftly and maintain our company vehicle to all required standards.
• Ensure that our guests are greeted upon arrival to our hotel and make time to engage with them.
• Ensure that any of our rewards guests receive a personal service.
• Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of company vehicles.

What we are looking for:

• Full clean driving licence.
• Communication Skills - Our guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you will need to be easy to talk to.
• Your problem solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so that every one of our guests leaves with great memories.
• A great understanding of our hotel's local knowledge.
• Flexibility - nights, weekends and bank holiday shifts all come as part of the job!
