About the Role

The Dot Net Back-End Developer will play a key role in leading backend development efforts for enterprise-grade applications. Responsibilities

• Lead backend development using .NET technologies in an Agile environment
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices-based applications
• Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams to support reliable deployments
• Participate in SAFe/Scrum Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools
• Develop and test APIs to ensure performance, security, and reliability
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership
• Ensure adherence to security standards, logging practices, and software quality benchmarks

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience with .NET development and Angular, including team leadership
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AWS services such as EKS, Kubernetes, CloudWatch, SQS, Glue, and DocumentDB
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native development
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, TeamCity, and Octopus
• Proficiency in API development and testing tools such as Postman and SoapUI
• Experience with SQL Server and AWS Aurora (PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of security standards including OAuth, JWT, and CORS
• Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools such as ELK
• Experience in the Financial Services domain is preferred
