Role - Door-to-door Sales Executive

Area - Covers Basildon/Brighton. Ideal candidates will be based in South East Essex

Salary - £24,000 + Uncapped comms

Working Days - Monday - Friday

About The Role

We're looking for someone who is motivated, ambitious, customer and target-driven. You'll be someone able to sell on the door and lead a team in doing so while building the brand to drive uptake of new customers within North Essex, South Essex, and Brighton.

This is a field-based role located in the South East region, and it would be ideal if you have experience in sales, field sales, door-to-door sales, or face-to-face sales experience as well as team management.

You'll be expected to be in the field driving sales in your area by training, coaching, and managing the team as well as selling yourself to our customers in the region.

Job Purpose:

As a Door to Door Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of door-to-door team members selling subscription products to prospects.

  1. To lead, motivate and coach your team to be the best they can be and to achieve set weekly and monthly activity and opportunity targets.
  2. To sell our products door to door and achieve your own individual targets as well as drive the team to achieve theirs.
  3. Seek and share ideas to ensure that your region and team are able to achieve the uptake required.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Day to day management of a team of door-to-door sales executives.
  2. Train new execs to be able to sell our products and build our brand awareness in your region.
  3. Train and coach trainee sales execs.
  4. Carry and exceed your own sales targets via face-to-face sales.
  5. Generating leads and gathering contact details.
  6. Updating customer records on the database and maintaining your Sales Pipeline.
  7. Maintaining high standards of customer service for yourself and your team.
  8. Keeping the rest of the team up to date with relevant feedback and information from your area.

Key requirements:

  1. Ideally, we are looking for people who have door-to-door sales experience.
  2. Experience in team management.
  3. Excellent awareness of the area.
  4. Demonstrate self-confidence and strong interpersonal skills.
  5. Enthusiasm, a drive to succeed, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic are key for this role.
  6. A drive for excellence and high attention to detail, a desire to learn and grow.
  7. Excellent communication skills at all levels.
